Based on the hugely popular original set design, Canning Blue is made using a new body material that provides increased vibrancy and brightness. Volume is also slightly increased in most sets of pipes. The reed body does not absorb any moisture so can be very quickly and easily dried off during longer playing sessions, therefore extending your playing time.
The set contains a bass with a carbon fibre tongue along with two tenor reeds with polycarbonate tongues.
Canning Drone Reeds produce an excellent sound in the R. G. Hardie and Peter Henderson range of bagpipes.
